Korede Spaghetti; Most Popular Street Food Joint on the Mainland: Yaba and Surulere
We noticed that when Lagosians love a particular restaurant, they become loyal customers of that brand. There’s this street food spot loved by many on the mainland, especially students of the University of Lagos, and we were curious to know why.
We did a contest seeking recommendations for the best street food spot or vendor on the mainland, and Korede Spaghetti won this category. To verify the voters’ verdict, we headed to Korede Spaghetti, located at the University of Lagos, Yaba, which is one of the most popular street foods in Yaba, Lagos Mainland.
Upon our arrival at Korede Spaghetti, we anticipated a regular setup for the space with just a food counter. To our surprise, it was a neat dine-in spot with a couple of modern facilities, which was really commendable.
As much as Korede spaghetti is a beautiful and neat spot, the meals on their menu are really affordable, and I guess that’s the reason for their popularity.
Korede Spaghetti does not only sell spaghetti; they also sell varieties of meals. Prices range from N2,000 for a meal.
