Good day ladies and gentlemen, panel of judges, accurate timekeeper, my listening audience and my fellow foodies in Lagos Nigeria. I’m here to give you all a review of this yummy box of cakes and doughnuts which I got from Nectar Confectionery, courtesy of Leboo.
My first point; What makes a great cake, presentation, texture and taste and Nectar Confectionary passed all three assessment. The taste was lovely, every cake bite was fluffy and just right, it wasn’t overly sweet which was a good thing. My favourite were the donuts 
, I ate one before I started snapping and all, it was freshly made and tasted good, the chocolate glaze was perfect
. The mini brownies were heavenly and the best part was they still tasted great the next day and the day after (we know some cakes turn to pounded yam overnight 
), a girl couldn’t finish this box in one day.
My least favourite was the red velvet cake slice, it wasn’t unusual, tasted good but I wanted more (greedy me).
Anyways I don’t know how much this box costs cause it was gifted but I’m now a converted nectar lover and I’m sure they have amazingly affordable deals.
I hope with this few points of my mine (it was just one, I know 
), I hope I have been able to convince you and not confuse you that you should get yourself some sweet cake today
