Nest Lagos: Your next favorite food spot on the Island
If you’re always on the hunt for a good food spot on the Island that gives value for your money, then Nest Lagos is a restaurant you should definitely check out. This Afro fusion restaurant ticks a lot of boxes, good food, beautiful space, generous portions which we absolutely love, and a menu that feels proudly Nigerian with a modern twist.
Nest Lagos isn’t just about eating out; it’s about enjoying a dining experience that feels premium but still relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere at this spot is cozy and relaxed, the space is stylish without feeling too fancy, and it has a nice mix of soft tones and modern decor that makes it both comfortable and elegant.
It’s a nice spot for a quiet lunch or a relaxed evening dinner. Whether you’re dressed up or keeping it casual, you’ll feel like you belong here. If you’re up for casual dining on the Island that still feels laid-back, Nest is a solid choice.

Meals we had
- Zesty Lemon Wings & Suya Combo: We started with the lemon wings and suya combo, which was filling. The wings were tangy, the suya was spicy as expected, and the portion size was generous. A solid start for us!
- Abula: We then decided to try out Abula, and this is because it is the star of the day! This Abula was done right; the amala was soft and fluffy, the ewedu and gbegiri were authentic, and it was just a perfect combo paired with the generous amount of meat that came with this dish. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal.
- Roasted Chicken Quarter & Jollof Rice: The roasted chicken was well seasoned with crispy skin and juicy meat. The rice was simple but tasty; it, however, was not smoky. In our opinion, it was still a well-cooked meal.
