Hi Loves, it’s been a minute 😩.
I’ve been finding it difficult to create time for my blog and honestly Lagos stress and procrastination is to blame here. Well, I’m back and I’m coming with a bang! I have so many Lagos Restaurant reviews to share with you guys, from restaurants in Victoria Island, To Lekki Phase one, Lekki Phase 2 and even Yaba and other mainland areas. Looking for a cool drinks spot with a soothing ambience and beach breeze? If yes then I present Island Breeze to you all, it’s located inside Landmark Beach, Victoria Island Lagos;

After reading the Food Map’s review on Island Breeze , I started craving the sea breeze (I know I’m not alright, I like enjoyment 😩). As per Detty December hangout, I found my way there 😉.
The Space: Very pretty! I love the way the colours are harmonised, quite attractive. They also have their own loungers, cubanas and benches so if you just want to chill here and go home, you wouldn’t need to book Landmark’s furniture, although their cubanas cost N100k for renting 👀. During my visit I noticed that the pool was dirty which was a turn off, and I was at the beach quite early so I honestly don’t know why their pool was dirty, but we move ✊🏿.
The Drinks: Just wow! Whoever made that Strawberry Mojito did an amazing job, it was so good and I could literally taste the crushed strawberries and even sucked on them, tasted genuine, fun, sweet and is the most original 🍓 cocktail I’ve tasted in a while. Oh and the alcohol was just smooth, the mint leaves and lime were also well infused! I started chair dancing 😂. Next up is the Passion Mimosa, tasted like Heineken mixed with Chivita with a dash of Champagne 🤣. It was soft but lovely.
Extra Gist: They charged me N5,000 for a N4,000 cocktail, I don’t know how the error happened and the accountant in me spotted it and it was corrected, but it didn’t feel good because it felt intentional and no apologies were tendered. By the way the waiter ooooo, that lady came around more than twice to confirm our order of 2 cocktails, for some reason our order kept flying out of her note (because she noted it) but well we move ✊🏿.
I didn’t have their food so no review on that yet, but I’m definitely visiting again for those drinks and maybe try out their food. Overall I had a good time and I recommend!
