Located at Lekki Phase one, Grandlux is a restaurant and lounge with a range of drinks and food. Buffet services are also available and you can have a really nice time at the lounge bar.
I just had to pay a visit to the famous Grandlux restaurant, Instagram oppression is real lol 😜 and honestly this restaurant puts in a good effort on marketing.
The Drinks:
Since I was curious and in my exploration zone that afternoon, I ordered the Blue Lagos Cocktail. I have always been a daiquiri girl, there’s just something chic about daiquiri so I recommended for my friends. The cocktail had a deep taste, that taste of luxury spirit with a mix of some sweet drinks, not too sharp, not light, just smooth. Honestly I was quite impressed with the cocktail. Very few restaurants in Lagos have good bartenders. For the daiquiri, it could have been much better. To begin with there was no strawberry topping (what’s a strawberry daiquiri without a strawberry🤔). It was just flat honestly, nothing enticing or succulent.
The Food:
The names of the available meals was quite interesting and got my hopes really high, you know that assurance you have when you order “Chef’s Special”
Well, mine went down the drain after a spoonful of plain rice and shrimps. Nothing special (and that’s what they named their Chef after 🙊). I wished they did a cash refund 😢.
The Ambience!!!!!
Now this was the best part of Grandlux, the ambience is so chic and girly. Perfect for a girl’s day out! Did I forget the picture spotssssssss? Lol.
I had a nice day out and will definitely recommend as a group hangout spot (Ladies Only👩🏻🤝👩🏽).
A fair budget for a person ranges between N8K—N12K.
