We recently found an affordable spot in Magodo Phase 2 that is worth your attention. This spot is mainly for people who like the nightlife, with good food to compliment the experience. Backroom Café is the place to be!
Backroom Café is a spot with good vibes, colorful lights and catchy music, It is sure a go-to spot for an evening hang out and chill time with friends. The good vibes at Backroom Café will make you want to stay all night! And let’s not forget their delicious food that kept us craving for more.
Moving on to the food, we had:
- Catfish Pepper Soup: Backroom Café didn’t disappoint when it came to their catfish pepper soup. Freshly prepared, the fish was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. Plus, it’s a whole catfish. It could be shared among 2–3 people.
- Backroom Platter: This platter was definitely worth the price; it was big enough for two and had the yummiest plantains. They sure know the way to our hearts! Everything on this platter tasted good.
- Pineapple Fried Rice: They were generous with their ingredients when preparing this dish. This pineapple fried rice was exactly what we needed—absolutely worth every bite.

The bartender made custom cocktails for us, and they were all shades of goodness.
